RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for information on our policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and it must have the tags attached on the product for a full refund or an exchange, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use a pre-paid label enclosed with your package. If you use the pre-paid shipping label, $7.50 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you be email when your return is processed.

What is the meaning of Refund Policy?

Can I make an exchange or return an item?
If you are unhappy with your apparels for any reason, we can accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be accepted for a full 30 days following receipt of your goods.
*If you would like to make an exchange or return, you must contact us from our support page. This helps us to keep track of your order and provide you with the best service and smoothest return process possible.
*All returned or exchanged product must be in the original condition in which it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*If your item shows up in less than perfect condition, please let us know right away. You can reach out to our Customer Service email with a description of the issue, as well as, a photo of the faulty item (with the issue & part of the design in the same picture).
This allows our Customer Service team to relay the information to our Quality Assurance Department and help you in a more timely manner.
When will I receive a refund for a returned product?
Returns generally take 4-5 business days to be processed after they are delivered back to us. Once we issue your refund it may take your bank 3-5 business days to process the transaction.
