-Wash cold with like colors.

-Hang dry or tumble dry low.

-Do not bleach, iron, or dry-clean your apparel.

What size should I choose?

All of our products are now in US/EURO size unless speicfically stated other wise.

How Does The Unisex Apparel Fit?

The unisex styles are meant to be for men and women, yet equivalent to men's sizing. Meaning it's going to size regular on men and larger on women.

Refunds can take up to 4 business days to properly appear in your account.

Sometimes mistakes happen while your order is in transit to you and it ends up back at our facility.
We will email you if your order gets returned to us by mistake to find a solution.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the USA, Canada and Europe is $3.98 to $6.99.

What you pay for shipping is usually less than the actual cost of shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

U.S. and Canada: 3-5 business days via USPS. Orders will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days.

Europe: 4-6 business days via USPS. Once an order leaves the warehouse. it is handed off to the local postal system of the destination country.

Do you ship international?

For the moment, we only deliver to the following destinations:

Has my order shipped yet?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships that will include a link to your tracking number.

Be sure to check your spam folder before emailing us. If you used Paypal, an email may have been sent to the email address setup with them.

How can I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided once the parcel has reached the destination country.

You may send us an email if you want the tracking number earlier. We use well known local carriers like USPS.

Will the tracking number activate from day one?

It might take 72 hours after you have received the tracking number to be displayed on the tracking page. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases, the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to the shipping carries, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.

* Returned items must be unworn and in brand new condition.
* We will create a prepaid shipping label for you to easily return your items. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

We try to process all returns within 2-4 days of the return arriving at our facility. Once processed, your refund will be transferred back to your payment method used to place the order, or onto a gift card if you choose..
